Is a handsome Edwardian mid terrace house which at some point in its history has had the attention of an enthusiastic DIYer! We have been asked to completely renovate by its current owners.

​Working with a local architect and structural engineers, we have installed new steel bracing throughout. We are restoring the wide original floorboards and the sash windows, all done by our inhouse team.

We are also re-plastering using a 3-coat haired lime and matching the detailed coving.

With a new electrical system, plumbing and heating throughout and the solid stone kitchen flooring with underfloor heating, this will be a comfortable, yet traditional house for many years to come.
